Devin Conroy is a Construction Management veteran with over 15 years of diverse experience developing, managing, and executing projects across sectors, in excess of $500MM. His experience includes Healthcare, Tenant Improvement/Fit-out, Capital Campaigns, Residential/Multi-family, Industrial, Green Energy and Ground-up Construction. Having led successful campaigns for both CM Firms and Owners, his track record illustrates a deep understanding of process and method. With clear vision, he upholds that process and method on each project as the most powerful tools to mitigate client risk and deliver projects within cost and time constraints. Devin was an early adopter of several CM Technologies and has been consistent in his efforts, throughout his career, to implement useful technologies for the benefit of the teams he leads and clients he services.
